Visa and Immigration
Important information on visa and immigration requirements can be obtained from
- All delegates (except those from Nepal & Bhutan) need valid Visa to enter India.
- The delegates are advised to contact the nearest Indian Embassy / High Commission/Consulate in their country in order to obtain Visa.
- The congress secretariat would send the Invitation letter for Visa purpose upon request.
It is advisable to obtain travel and health insurance. Such insurance should cover payment for medical care in the case of hospitalization as well as the cost of repatriation to home country if that should become necessary. The Organizers will ensure availability of ambulance service and hospital information but do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance.
The currency in India is Indian Rupee (represented as ` or INR). Currency notes come in the denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 2,000. The currency may be exchanged at the airport on arrival. Most bank ATMs honor Visa, Visa Electron, Master and Maestro cards and you may use these ATMs also to withdraw money. ATMs will also be available at the conference venue. Most hotels, shops and other establishments accept credit cards. Master and VISA cards are accepted at almost all such establishments whereas some of them accept Diners & American Express cards as well.

Licensed Radio cabs and Telangana State Road Transportation Corporation operated pre-paid taxi services are available at the Airport. There are also Apps based taxi services available (Uber, Ola, etc,.), which can be booked through mobile Apps.
Aero express is an Airport shuttle bus service from the airport to many important destinations in the city. These are air-conditioned coaches that ply every hour and are relatively inexpensive for single person travel.
